Opportunity Mississippi’s Pre-Development Assistance Program (PDAP) is designed to help project sponsors, cities, and communities move a project from concept to an investment-ready package.
PDAP includes more than spreadsheets. Pre-development also includes land development master planning, design-build coordination, phased build-out strategy, and assembling the right structure, strategy, and team to bring a project to fruition.
